My Story

My name is Madison Goldstein. New England has been my home all my life. Currently I reside in Portland, Maine. I moved here over ten years ago to advance my education in the arts; Studying for three years at the Maine College of Art & Design I received extensive knowledge. I have continued my education through taking courses at local studios.

My creative freedoms know no bounds. I explore various mediums. including but not limited to ceramics, painting, and illustration. My work crosses the line into kitsch and whimsical. My dog, Tula, has been quite the inspiration for many of my works. Currently, I take commissions for pet portraits. Other works I create are typically motivated by natural earthly delights such as lakes, flowers, forest, oceanic. Being in Maine, I have the privilege of immersing myself in the beauty of the lakes and ocean.
